So, what's up with the Food Trucks?

We're happy to report that we can continue with on-site food service via Food Trucks with a few restrictions.

Appetizer style menus can be provided at all times, while normal menus can be available during events.

Please note and share that these restrictions are imposed by the county, and are not the fault or choice of the food trucks or Wheat Head. Thank you for your grace and understanding as the trucks and vendors settle into these menus and guidelines and know that it will not stop our local talent from putting out creative and fresh menus for you to enjoy pairing with our beer.

Below is a sample of the types of menus you can expect from the various amazing trucks in town.

We are thrilled to be able to continue our meaningful relationship with them and we appreciate you supporting the food trucks on site so that we can continue to have them out.

At Wheat Head Brewing, we believe beer is better with friends — especially when those friends are a pair of Italian sisters and their mom whipping up the most delicious treats in town.

That’s why we teamed up with the insanely talented crew at Layered Cake Artistry to whip up something wild: Mainland Mallow — a marshmallow milkshake IPA that’s as fluffy and fun as it sounds. Think hoppy meets happy. Citrus zip meets vanilla drip. A pint with pastry chef dreams.

But this brew is more than just happiness in a glass — it’s a toast to the magic of small business collaboration.
Great Beer Takes a Village (And Maybe a Bakery) When small businesses combine forces, it’s not just about cross-promotion (though hey, we love a good tagged post). It’s about community, creativity, and taking bold swings together.
Layered Cake brought the sweet smarts — handmade marshmallow profiles, creamy texture goals, and a nose for dessert nuance. We brought the hops, the tanks, and a stubborn refusal to play it safe. Together? We created something that tastes like high-fives and happy accidents.

We didn't just stop at Layered Cake Artistry fluff in the brew recipe, the option to rim your glass with Marshmallow Fluff and experience a Marshtache is a crowd favorite.
